Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All sales are final. Defective items will be replaced. Refund only offered if a replacement is unavailable. Requests for replacement or refund must be provided within 30 days of purchase.

Replacements and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are done at the sole discretion of Muckelroy Keyboard Repair. Evidence of damaged items must be provided to request a replacement or refund. Please email muckelroykeyboardrepair@gmail.com.

Items bought by mistake can only be refunded if the item has not yet shipped. Items that have shipped which were bought by mistake may not be refunded.
